Chocolate Raspberry Pie

This pie is amazing! It's so easy to make and everyone is a huge fan. This is a go-to for a quick dessert that needs to please! 


  • 32 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 7 oz milk chocolate
  • 3.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 7 oz heavy cream
  • 1 pkg raspberries

  • Directions
    Process Oreos on high until crumbs form. Add melted butter and mix until completely moistened. Press crust into pie pan. Freeze while preparing filling.

    In saucepan, warm cream for a few minutes. Pour over chocolate. Stir until melted. You may need to microwave for about 30 seconds. Pour over crust. Place raspberries into pie. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Whip cream until firm peaks form. Carefully fold in powdered sugar. When ready to serve, cover pie with whipped cream.

    Serve cold, garnish with raspberry.
