Healthy Challenge - Day #7 -- Take the Stairs? Yes!

Take the stairs!

Now this is not the end all be all of getting into better shape but it's better for you. Choosing the stairs over the elevator or escalator can raise your heart rate and keep your metabolism working through out your day. This does not take the place of our daily form of exercise but every little bit helps!

What are you going to do today to all a little extra physical movement to your life today? Maybe walk to lunch instead of driving? Walk to the store if you only need a few things? Ride bikes to school with your kids? Park a little further away and walk?

All of these things won't provide you with a skinny and toned body but it won't hurt in increasing your overall health!
