2013 Resolutions - Friends Workout

I love FRIENDS! Who doesn't? plus the reruns are on all the time so Mike and I end up watching a lot of those episodes. Why not make it productive?

Here is my COMPLETE FRIENDS WORKOUT:


I loved this today! I watched my favorite show, (more episodes than I want to admit), but I did it guilt free because I ended up with some pretty sore abs!
