If only yoga really meant just sitting at the computer right? I would be a boss at yoga. However it's not that easy but finding Yoga videos is that easy!
This morning I got up and did some yoga!
Since this was my first time really doing yoga I probably should have stuck with some more basic yoga, like this: My Yoga Online - Beginner
This site is dedicated to yoga so you'll find something for every level. I can't wait to go through these and get better. :) My balance and flexibility is terrible.
