Easter--Deviled Eggs

Happy Easter and Happy Deviled Eggs!

I hope you all had a fun day with family and friends! We missed out of the family fun but we did have a great time with some friends yesterday.

After dying eggs we had a husbands vs wives egg hunt. The loser has to make the winners dinner.
Lets just say I can't wait to taste what the husbands are going to cook up! We won!

Now Mike doesn't really love hard-boiled eggs so we decided to do deviled eggs. YUMM!! Now this was my first time so I was a little nervous! I have many memories of delicious deviled eggs as Christmas parties and family get-togethers.

Here is the recipe I used:

6 hard-cooked eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
paprika, for garnish

Now once you have your hard boiled eggs just slice them in half length wise. Scoop out the yoke and place in a bowl. Set the hollow whites aside.

Break up the yokes with a fork and add in all ingredients except paprika. Mix well. Now you can either scoop or pipe it into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika.

Now I got a little excited with my paprika, especially with the one in the middle. Just lightly sprinkle a bit on top.

These were so good and devoured in about 60 seconds!
