Taco Ring

Yes I have another variation of tacos! Surprising right??

This one came from my amazing sister-in-law, Tammy. Her family loves it and so I snagged the idea and have been making some variations on it since I got married.
This is very forgiving. You can throw anything that would be good in a taco and it'll be delicious.

What you'll need:

2 pkgs Crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
homemade taco seasoning
cheese
any of your other favorite taco fixins

Brown your beef and add in the taco seasoning. Now sometimes I like to add in beans or corn at this point but it's not necessary.

Now this is the crazy and best part. Lay out your crescent rolls on a baking sheet in a circle with the fat part to the center. Overlap the wide end corners just slightly.

Lay out the taco meat on the rolls in a circle. Fold the point of the roll over the taco meat. It doesn't have to be perfectly sealed or covered.

Bake this in the oven at the temp and time listed on the crescent roll package. This will usually be 350 degrees for 11-13 min.

Let cool and slice sections up for serving. We top with sour cream, salsa, cheese and hot sauce!

I think this meal was the moment my husband realized I could make food he would love. Also, kids love this so much! It's a fun twist on tacos, who wouldn't love??
