Drink Water!!
A good estimate for the amount your should be drinking is 8-10 glasses per day. Dehydration is very relevant for everyone. It effects every part of us! As we lose water and replace it with bad things we become weaker and are not as quick to burn calories. Water curbs food cravings and helps us not feel as hungry. When you start to feel THIRSTY it's too late! Always having a bottle of water on you is a great way to keep your health up. It's easier to reach for something you have already than have to go get a drink, where you are more likely to choose something less healthy.

Switching out those sugary drinks for water will jump start your weight loss and help you feel better. Water is a great way to curb cravings. Having a glass of nice cold water may help you forget about that ice cream calling your name.
