2013 Resolutions - Big Bang Theory WORKOUT!

Alright loves! Here we are losing pounds and getting fit. If you haven't checked out my Friends Workout post then head over there. It's quickly becoming the most popular post here at Just 2 Birds! 

By request we have created the Big Bang Theory Workout!



Take this and workout during one of our FAVORITE TV shows. The Big Bang Theory is so funny, it's on our Netflix list! :)
